The jig is up for Charity "Chase" Oliver's adorable plus-size cat, Quincy. His new vet says "diet" -- meaning no more cherry cheesecake bars from her Minneapolis treatery, Bar None. From now on it's only low-cal kibble, one taste of which drives him in search of better things. Quincy's escape is the last thing Chase needs after her nasty run-in with business rival Gable Naughtly. She tracks Quincy down in a neighbor's kitchen devouring a meatloaf -- unaware that Gabe's corpse is on the kitchen floor and Chase is now suspect number one.
