Santa is tired, so he decides to take a sabbatical in Australia. He arranges for a management contract with a group of people in suits and they will be in charge of Christmas until further notice. The new management team starts to make big changes in the way things operate at the North Pole, and everyone is upset. So they send a secret letter off to Santa in Australia, who heads home.
