**Philosophy of Soeren Kierkegaard** What I really need to do is to get clear about "what am I to do", not what I must know. People understand me so little that they do not even understand when I complain of being misunderstood. Soeren Kierkegaard His theological work focuses on Christian ethics, on the institution of the Church, and on the differences between purely objective proofs of Christianity. He wrote of the individual's subjective relationship to Jesus Christ, the God-Man, which came through faith. Much of his work deals with the art of Christian love. Worldly wisdom is of the opinion that love is a relationship between persons; Christianity teaches that love is a relationship between: a person? God -a person, that is, that God is the middle term. To love God is to love oneself truly; to help another person to love God is to love another person; to be helped by another person to love God is to be loved. Works of Love.
