The third Earl of Radnor, born William Pleydell-Bouverie, served in the British House of Commons for twenty-seven years (18011828) as Viscount Folkestone and in the House of Lords for twenty years (18281848). In this political biography, Professor Huch traces Lord Radnor's entire parliamentary career.
