Anger is an illusion. Too often we are taught that anger is the motivation we need to influence change in our world. In reality, the ability to influence any level of change in our world comes from a clear thought process. In life there are plenty of things that we will experience that are unjust and unfair, but when we invest in getting even, we waste precious energy we should be using to take care of ourselves.
