Upon his release Brady joins up with an old prospector, Sourdough Lamar; together they head for Winnemucca and the prospect of honest work. But when Brady's old gang, led by Big-Nose Rafe Culpepper, plans to rob the town's bank, Cheyenne is accused of masterminding the hold-up.
