It does not have a ISBN, but it has a ISSN: 1058918X, the {International Standard Serial Number} of the magazine Electronic Gaming Monthly {EGM}, this is a special product "Brought to you by the Editors of Electronic Gaming Monthly". This special is known as a "Sendai Special".
