Ashraf is Steve's friend, but a recent mugging has made him look at white people in a new light, and he decides to attend a meeting of Khalifa. As racial tensions finally explode, Steve and Ashraf are swept along in a tide of increasing violence which threatens not just their friendship but their whole future. Suggested level: secondary.
