After becoming ill and sore from all the red paint, she is determined to stop the guards from painting green tomatoes. Her and her green friends devise a plan to stand up to the guards (giant eggplants!) in order to protect their skins and seeds from harm. This story seeks to teach children about the right to security of the person, which is guaranteed by section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
