If you were lost in the rising tides of a flooded river, what would you do? Barry is doing his best to overcome his reputation as a bit of a scaredy-cat when he volunteers to help fill sandbags to help prevent flooding in his home town of Valley View. But nothing goes as planned, and all at once he finds himself in a dangerous situation on the flooded river, mixed up with a couple of criminals in the adventure of his life!
