This book collects the refereed proceedings of the 5th Indian Conference on Logic and Its Applications, ICLA 2013, held in Chennai, India, in January 2013. <br>The 15 revised full papers presented together with 7 invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 35 submissions.
