Bilal M. Ayyub

Bilal M. Ayyub is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Director of Center for Technology and Systems Management at the University of Maryland, College Park, and was a visiting fellow at the National Security Analysis Department of the Applied Physics Laboratory in 2015-16.
