Jim Wallace lived in Norway for a year on a Fullbright, taught school in Kampala, Uganda for three years, and worked in Tokyo teaching English and writing English language textbooks. Later, Jim was senior editor at McGraw-Hill for six years and then acquisitions editor for two years.
