Patrick Lipton Robinson

Patrick Lipton Robinson was born in Jamaica. In 1964 he became a graduate teacher of English, and in 1966 he became a civil servant in Jamaica. He served as a Crown Counsel in the Office of the Director of the Public Prosecutions, Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Crown Counsel for the Attorney General, Senior Assistant Attorney-General, Director of the Division of International Law, and Deputy Solicitor-General.
