Bio (English-Spanish) Sergio Leonardo García works at the Nuclear Power Plant "Atucha I" in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He received his Engineering Degree (with honors) in Power Systems at the National Technological University in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and earned his Ma.Sc. and Ph.D. in Power Systems at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada.
