Cynthia Herr, Ph.D., is the coordinator of the Middle/Secondary Special Education Program at the College of Education at the University of Oregon. Herr’s areas of teaching and research include special education law, autism, learning disabilities, and teaching methods for students with disabilities at the middle and high school levels.
