Mandira Ghosh has been awarded with Senior Fellowship of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. The title of her project is, Impact of Famine in Bengali Literature. She has authored eight books titled, Aroma, New Sun, Song in a City, Folk Music of the Himalayas, The Cosmic Dance of Shiva, Shiva and Shakti in Indian Mythology, Cosmic Tour and Tantra, Mantra and Yantra.
