Ludger Fischer
Art historian, philosopher and political scientist. Working and living since 2001 in Brussels as political consultant. Publishing on history of buildings, monument preservation, avant garde architecture, cooking, travelling, lobbying, Brexit. In 1986 Fischer received his doctorate with a dissertation "On the historical value of so called functional buildings". In his 2010 habilitation treatise he examined the attempts of artistic monument preservation by architect Bodo Ebhardt (1865–1945).
