S. G. Kara-Murza

Sergey Georgyevich Kara-Murza (Russian: Сергей Георгиевич Кара-Мурза; born January 23, 1939) is a Soviet and Russian chemist, historian, political philosopher and sociologist. Sergey Kara-Murza was graduated with degree in chemistry from Moscow State University in 1961. Between 1966 and 1972 he worked as a Soviet chemical specialist in Cuba. In 1983 Sergey Kara-Murza defended his doctoral thesis in history of science and technology and in 1988 became a professor.
