Nicole Kornher-Stace was born in Philadelphia in 1983. Her short fiction and poetry have appeared in various anthologies and magazines. Her poem "The Changeling Always Wins" placed 2nd in the 2010 short form Rhysling Award. She is the author of Desideria, Demon Lovers and Other Difficulties, The Winter Triptych, and Archivist Wasp.
