Gerald Drißner

Gerald Drißner (Drissner), born in 1977 in a mountain village in Austria, is an economist, award‑winning journalist, and non‑fiction author. After spending more than a decade in the Middle East and North Africa, where he immersed himself in Arabic, he now writes about doing business in Islamic countries and about the Arabic language. He is also the founder of Arabic for Nerds.
