Louis H. Y. Chen

Louis Chen Hsiao Yun is emeritus professor at the National University of Singapore. Chen earned his BSc (Honours) from University of Singapore in 1964, and completed his MSc as well as PhD at Stanford University, Stanford, California, in 1969 and 1971, respectively.
