José M. Aybar de Soto

<b><a href="http://www.ccc.edu/colleges/daley/menu/Pages/Leadership.aspx">Dr. José M. Aybar</a></b> (b. 1941) is the president of Richard J. Daley College in Chicago. He received his BS from <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://shimer.edu">Shimer College</a> in 1964, his MA from the Monterey Institute for International Studies in 1966, and his Ph.D. from the Claremont Graduate School in 1978.
