The Council has controlled most of mankind for millenia. Along with the technological advancements have come the torturing and twisting of humans to further their ultimate goals. Now, those goals are within reach. Kerosk, the leader of the Council, has put into motion the Final Solution. The deaths of billions are at hand unless someone can keep them from achieving their ultimate goal! One man, the smuggler D'Artan, may hold the key to stopping them. He will have to survive the temptress Maira and an old friend turned foe as well as the nefarious plans of the Federated Empire. Yet, there is a third power that may hold sway.
