This dilemma should be solved by Cole Barrett the lead character. Cole Barrett is THE archetype of a cowboy. He acts considered, is shut and can shoot faster than his shadow. The book itself is quite short (127p.) but climax in a statisfying two man sabre duel, although it leaves some strings open.
