Opyt rossīĭskoĭ biblīografīi

A complete bibliography of original works and translations published in Church Slavic (Old Slavonic) and in the Russian language from the earliest days of printing through 1813. The preface serves as an introduction to bibliography in general (a science heretofore unknown in Russia), tracing the highlights of book printing in European and specifically in Russian history. Includes references to rare book editions both old and new, with brief excerpts from these books.
