Plays of the present

In bibliographic essay form, discusses a substantial selection of the plays on the American stage in the late 19th century and beginning of the 20th century. Plays are discussed in alphabetical order by title and the information includes author, the original cast lists, critical reception, with some history of the play, the lead actors, etc. Also includes pictures of some leading actors of the day in costume for their famous roles.
