A photocopy of the minutes of the meeting of the Price Negotiation Committee is enclosed. However, the minutes of the meeting of the Finance Minister held on 10-01-2008 in which the decision for extending the contract was taken, have not yet been approved. A photocopy of the same will be sent after the approval of the Minutes by the Hon'ble Chairman, Finance Department and its circulation to all concerned.
