The crooked straight

A mysterious series of factory and warehouse fires was creating havoc, and the police did not appear to be getting on the track. So the Globe Newspaper hired private eye Nat Craig to see what he could discover. Craig's investigations lead him to suspect arson as part of an insurance fraud, but when two young women are found brutally murdered he soon realises that the arson and murders may be connected.
