Distancing herself from her photojournalist colleagues who graphically registered the historic moment, Cohen portrays since the mid- 1970's, the post-war urban bourgeoisie while in their spare time. This edition is dedicated to her collection of empty and solitary spaces where she is more interested in the architecture and decorative elements of one of the icons of the1950's American Dream: the swimming pool, particularly the public pools in Mexico.
