This book is the revised and augmented version of an article entitled "Vrai, véridique et vraisemblable", published in La preuve (edited by Catherine Puigelier) by Économica (Collection directed by Professor Nicolas Molfessis) in 2004. Various legal and jurisprudential points may have evolved (notably in the field of employment law) but the principles underlying them have remained the same. The text focuses on Ordonnance No. 2016-131 of February 10, 2016 reforming the Law of contract, the general regime of obligations, and proof of obligations.
