It is July, 2069, and the new millennium is not working out well. Plagues have destroyed our major food supplies, climatic changes have brought constant winter to the once-industrialized West, and a new and virulent virus - P (2) has infected the Earth's population. P(2) is curable - but only with an infusion of clean, uninfected blood, available only in a lunar blood bank. The struggle for control of this vital cache powers this novel.
