Leadership games

Leadership Games presents 25 practical, inexpensive experiential activities designed to be used in various leadership training and development programs. This book centers on those areas of primary concern to today's managers - team leadership, risking innovation, fostering collaboration, managing conflict, and using diversity. The exercises are grounded in the management and educational literature. For each exercise there is a set of explicit directions and cues on strategic considerations, including appropriate timing, indicators of successful application, and a rich sample of proposed questions that point the way to fruitful post-exercise discussions with participants.
