Daalder's chocolates

Daalder has been an outsider from the first. Raised in a family of antigourmands, he developed his taste buds on the sly, finding his vocation and true happiness as an apprentice to a master chocolatier. Years later, Daalder is a longtime, celebrated chocolatier in Toronto. But when a super-deli is built next to his shop, its three trendy "chocolateers" bring his world crashing down around him.
