the long version
There is an emerging consensus concerning a new strategic mode for spatial policy. In the past, planning resulted in zoned land uses characterised by a rigid separation of housing from leisure and workplaces. This volume is based on two international seminars oranised by the OECD and the National Land Agency, Japan.
