This report summarizes the development activities, costs, and environmental monitoring that took place on the Federal Oil Shale Lease Tract C-b℗between℗January 1 and December 31, 1979.℗Located in Rio Blanco County, in the Piceance Creek Basin, it is leased to Occidental Oil Shale, Inc. under U.S. Department of Interior Lease Number C-20341.℗The tract℗is managed by℗an equal-interest partnership between Occidental Oil Shale Incorporated and Tenneco Shale Oil Company, doing business as Cathedral Bluffs Shale Oil Company.
