Sexual Harassment

This book covers the organizational issues generated by sexual harassment; policy recommendations; and, as expected descriptions of what harrassment looks like given that it is not limited to women only. In fact, with the women occupying more management jobs the incidence of women harassing men has increased significantly. It is an excellent book for business leaders wishing to make their operations more productive by reducing the incidence of harassing behaviors.
