Widower Jess Holey and divorcee Lexi Kincaid were perfect for each other--they just didn't know it yet. Despite their obvious mutual attraction, the two single parents were playing it cool when it came to love the second time around. So their respective five-year-old daughters had their work cut out for them when they set out to do some matchmaking.... Strange coincidences seemed to be happening lately, the end result of which was always the same: Jess and Lem thrown together again. Lexi certainly wasn't complaining--nor, for that matter, was Jess-- but "happily ever after" was not something either one thought was part of the future. Lucky for them, their kids knew better!
