Billy Brians just wants to be done with his parents making move after move. As if learning in a new school isn't enough, Billy seems to attract the attention of bullies in every school he's in. After entering Carol High School as a freshman, Billy endures a painful encounter with Freddy "Cougar" Brown, a bully with a bad reputation. Pushed to the limit, Billy channels his love of comic books into becoming a superhero in order to defeat his new nemesis. With a ragtag costume, homemade gadgets, and a lot of determination, "the Bully Buster" fights to keep his school safe.
