His name is Joseph Turner, a brave young construction worker, who rescues an imperiled co-worker trapped on a swaying iron girder twenty-four stories high-only to slip and plummet to the pavement below. Horrified onlookers are astonished and the world is stunned by what happens next... He gets up and walks away. He is then gifted with the power to heal and perform miracles. He rescues a child from a burning building by walking up a stairway that isn't there. He heals a gunshot wound with the power of his touch. When the Catholic Church suspects he is the Second Son of God come to earth, they kidnap him, seeking to prove they are right. He then goes on to say that instead of donating to your local church, donate to your neighbors. To those you see in need. You don't need a Church to dispense Charity and Kindness. That ability is in all of us and should be cherished.
