This book travels from conventional narrative to metaliterature. The story begins with a brief novel within the novel; it is followed by various essay-style texts and fragments of a personal diary that allow us to guess at the personality of their author, the owner of the Hotel Poe. She is planning the hotel's anniversary party and sends out email invitations. Her correspondents reply and the novel turns into epistolary fiction/nonfiction. Meanwhile there are interruptions in the voice of an amanuensis, who is not fond of the author's manuscript...
