a condensed version of a series of lectures on oriental (or asian) medicine and philosophy as it relates to the functioning of the human body and mind. I found it to be an easy read, sensible, (common or not), and strong elements of truth. After reading it, I saw physical evidence while watching a newscast of a man suffering from liver failure, i.e, a pronounced indentation across the bridge of the nose! It centers on recognition of symptoms and focuses on healing the whole body. Highly recommended!
