"Green Hell continues the story of the Masaki tribe, 'the only people,' and the North American whites who, lost in the jungle following an airplane crash, 'discovered' the Masakis. Hopelessly doomed to a life separated from their own civilization, the whites, a man and two women, gradually allow themselves to be absorbed into the Masaki tribe; they become a part of the jaguar people.
