This book is the best I have come across. It can teach a medical person to step by step do a procedure or surgery. Even if you have never ever seen one! It is a must have in peripheral hospitals where referral is not possible-logistics/financial/whatever reasons. We could do a intestinal resection anastamosis and a hysterectomy with the book held open by an attender! Many others have more dramatic stories of the way they were helped.
