Sorry I Stirred It

Collection of short essays, humorous anecdotes, aphorisms, and "several decorations" by syndicated newspaper columnist Bill Vaughan. The book contains some original material, plus work from Vaughan's popular newspaper columns. In Vaughan's own words: "Out of 95,000 paragraphs a man who has never kept files cannot make an intelligent sampling, much less a choice of the best (or at least bad). The paragraphs in this book have been reconstituted, but I am pretty sure that, sometime, I have written something very similar to them."
