As the title states, it lists hundreds of geologic curiosities and wonders found in Missouri. The index lists them in alphabetical order by name, and also by county. So if you have an upcoming canoe float or hike, you can check to see if any geologic curiosities are on the river or trail you'll be using. Otherwise, you would likely float or walk within yards of an interesting geologic formation without knowing it is there and pass right on by without seeing it.
