Jordan, Alexis, and Snow were the best of friends, and to outsiders appeared to be related by blood. Looking from the outside in, they were three typical teenage girls, but then one summer, everything changed. For years, the girls of Oakland were being kidnapped and forced to grow up too soon. Escaping the reality of their new lives was impossible. Their innocence was gone and the struggle to survive became all that mattered. For this group of young women, two things become the focus in the their lives: revenge and survival.
