Old Adam Jones showed his sons no love, no mercy. All he wanted from them was absolute obedience. Ruthless, domineering, fast with his guns, the hard-nosed old rancher hated two things more than anything else, back talk and women. Nobody talked back to Adam Jones, at least not for long, and no woman had set foot on the ranch for years. Then Adam Jones went on a trip and all heck broke loose. Even Adam's women-hungry sons might have walked around the big trouble if they hadn't found a pretty girl lying half dead on the prairie.
