It presents the calendar from the Maya traditional perspective, and invites to reconnect with the elders and to respect the traditional teachings. Empowers the reader to walk her-his own journey and to research in the rich legacy of the living Mayan culture. Instead of presenting a magical point of view, it presents the Maya calendar as a tool to understand the Maya methodology for cosmogonical analysis and for the taking of responsibility of every simple action and interaction in our daily lives.
