This book is a collection of thirteen homes handcrafted by the finest artists and craftsmen in America. Built over the course of seventy-five years, from the late-nineteenth century to the mid-twentieth century, these homes were each designed and built by the artists who lived in them as a reflection of and often as extensions of their art and craft.
